We have been providing our specialised Block Management Services throughout the North West to First Port, one of the UK’s largest property management company for over 20 years. Over the past 10 years, we have also worked closely with Matthews of Chester on several of their prestigious developments throughout Chester and The Wirral.

Over 95% of our contracts are annual, this enables us to organise and diary our work in advance, enabling the client to have a specific day when their cleaning will take place. If there is any change to this, the client will be notified in advance.
